Porsche Panamera Diesel In Geneva Motor Show

Porsche had confirmed before they’re working on a diesel-powered variant of the Panamera four-door GT, and it’s reportedly to make its public debut at the upcoming Geneva Motor Show in March. Porsche is actually considering selling Panamera and Cayenne Diesel in the US.

There’s a gasoline-electric hybrid variant of the Panamera in the works as well. Porsche is working on new fuel-efficient models to meet the increasing demand for luxury cars powered by greener engines. 

The most important market for Porsche is of course North America, but given the fact that diesels are currently not very popular in that continent, Porsche is yet to make a decision if they should introduce such models to that market.
