Best New Artist is not Justin Bieber but Esperanza Spalding. "Album of the Year" received «The Suburbs» of «Arcade Fire». Lady Gaga was nominated for six awards, but received only three. 

Eminem, who was nominated in ten categories took two gramophones. His song «Not Afraid» recognized "best solo performance in the category of "Rap"and the album «Recovery» became the best album in the same category. 

Famous singers and actors demonstrated their solo on grand ceremony of the year: Rihanna, Eminem, Dr. Dre and Mick Jagger. Even Gwyneth Paltrow showed her musical talent, singing with C-Lo Green.
